HOW I COACH

My coaching is built on presence – a combination of deep listening, genuine curiosity, and compassionate challenge. I create a space where leaders can slow down enough to hear themselves think, sense what’s really driving their decisions, and reconnect with what matters most.

Drawing on somatic practices and neuroscientific principles, I help clients translate insight into embodied awareness, not just understanding change but also feeling it. This means noticing the subtle cues of the body that reveal stress, alignment or possibility, and learning to use that information as a source of grounded clarity and confidence.

My approach integrates personal insight with leadership development, supporting executives and senior leaders to strengthen emotional intelligence, decision-making and presence under pressure.
