Breathwork & Burnout
In 2024, during one of the most stressful periods of my personal life, I discovered breathwork’s profound power. Injuries mysteriously vanished, emotional trauma released, and I learnt to intuitively down-regulate my nervous system. This revelation, backed by my study of applied neuroscience, drives my mission to share breathwork’s capacity for healing, focus and performance.
I bring this to organisations and individuals, helping people embed practices that interrupt stress and burnout early, foster regulation and create sustainable performance.
Breathwork Offerings

Burnout Prevention and Recovery
Burnout is often framed as a resilience or workload problem. My programs offer a different lens: burnout as a nervous system and role-design challenge. By addressing early signals, physiological regulation, and the conditions in which people work, organisations can prevent burnout before it becomes entrenched
Informed by breathwork, somatic principles and The Body Story Method, my program builds body awareness to recognise early signals in self or others, regulate physiological responses and embed sustainable practices.
