As I stepped into senior leadership roles, I stepped outside my “legal lane” and worked on projects aimed at improving the employee experience at work. Somehow though, it simply didn’t feel like enough. Something was missing from my career.

The pandemic made me realise I didn’t need to spend my professional life being a lawyer – that I could pursue my passions and personal interests. After many conversations with my inner voice to overcome my fears, doubts and imposter syndrome, I left employment as a corporate lawyer and started my passion-fuelled business.
